Bunbury Telecom Service have been servicing the southwest since 2002.

Our extensive project management experience and fully qualified workforce are the preferred partner for NBN network construction and maintenance services.

Our qualified and experienced Service Locating team complements our NBN capabilities with cutting edge technology and specialist knowledge.

Supporting utility and asset owners, property owners and managers, building professionals and trades, engineers, consultants, and civil construction companies by providing an understanding of underground services with detailed and accurate location mapping and reporting.

Service Locations

BTS’s service location work is undertaken in accordance with Australian Standard AS5488-2013 Classification of Subsurface Utility Information (SUI).

In addition to service location, BTS can assist with utility management throughout a project, and provide geotechnical support, asset remediation and preservation services as required.

Service Location is currently available in the Southwest of WA but can be facilitated in other regions on a project by-project basis.

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)

GPR is an essential technology using high-frequency pulsed radio waves to gather subsurface information. BTS uses GPR to help identify utilities located underground, including those constructed of metallic and non-metallic materials.

The GPR technique can also be used for void detection, including soak wells.

Backed up with our VacTruck, non-destructive potholing ensures any potential damages to underground assets have been mitigated.

Network Construction

Bunbury Telecom Service are proud to have been involved with most of the NBN upgrades in the Southwest region, either directly or as a supporting partner. Fully equipped to handle both copper & fibre work, we employ a large team of both qualified and experienced technicians.

We also have supporting teams of Pit & Pipe installers, Excavator operators, Trenching crews, ACM Pit removalist and general civil labourers.

Our teams of technicians are dedicated in supporting the local community by locating, identifying, and rectifying faults on the network when others can’t.
